What’s Included
Pre-Wedding Support:
• Two tailored consultations — one to deep dive into your wedding vision and logistics, and another closer to the day to finalise the timeline and vendor confirmations
• Optional site visit (can be combined with meeting two or added POA)
• Liaison with venue and suppliers from 4 weeks out to confirm requirements, expectations, and timelines
• Custom wedding day run sheet & vendor distribution (1 week out)
• Support with ceremony/reception floor plan
• Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 1.5 hours — subject to availability & travel fees)
• Unlimited phone & email contact throughout your planning period
Wedding Day Management:
• On-site supervision of ceremony and reception setup
• Coordination and communication with all vendors from arrival to execution
• Lighting candles, styling touch-ups, and handling all the little details you don’t want to worry about
• Directing the ceremony processional
• Up to 10–12 hours of on-the-day coordination, staying on-site until everything is running as planned
• Optional post-event assistance (e.g. pack-down) available on request (POA)
