Final Weeks + On-the-Day Coordination

• Liaison with all vendors from one month out to ensure everyone is aligned

• Pre-wedding rehearsal coordination (up to 1.5 hours – travel fees may apply)

• Ceremony and reception setup supervision (may start day prior, depending on venue)

• Directing the ceremony processional

• On-the-day coordination for up to 10–12 hours — I stay until everything is running smoothly

• Optional pack-down or next-day assistance (POA)
